　　Lecture 1: Promotion Webinar of International Programs of the School of Management

　　Originally constructed in 1928, and restored and reconstructed in Dec. 1984, the School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University is one of the earliest management schools in China. It is among the first batch of schools in China to offer the professional degree programs such as MBA and EMBA. It now has two state first-level key disciplines-Management Science and Engineering and Business Administration, and doctoral program and postdoctoral research station of the above two disciplines.

　　Since 2002, the two discipline namely Management Science and Engineering and Business Administration consecutively ranked among the top places for four times in the discipline appraisal by the Ministry of Education. In 2011, the school was accredited by AACSB and maintained AACSB Business Accreditation in 2016. SOM was the first business school in mainland China to be award with the five-star rating in QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) Stars for Global Business Schools in2016. In 2017, Management Science and Engineering and Business Administration were both selected the national-level "Double First-Class" initiative.

　　Professor, Chengli Shu

　　Chengli Shu is a professor at the School of Management Xi"an Jiaotong University and he is currently taking the roles of Assistant Dean and Department Head of the marketing department. He received his PhD from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Before joining in XJTU, Chengli has worked as an assistant professor at the Australian School of Business University of New South Wales. Chengli held several leadership positions in the Chinese government and a Fortune 500 company for years.

　　西安交通大学管理学院始建于1928年，1984年12月恢复重建，是我国最早的管理学院之一，培养了中国国内第一位管理工程博士，是国家第一批工商管理硕士（MBA）和高级管理人员工商管理硕士（EMBA）试点学院之一。现有管理科学与工程、工商管理两个国家一级重点学科，拥有管理科学与工程、工商管理两个一级学科博士点和博士后流动站。

　　从2002年开始，在教育部的四次学科评估中“管理科学与工程”、“工商管理”学科始终名列前茅。2011年，学院正式获得AACSB国际认证，2016年通过AACSB维持认证。2016年，学院正式获得世界权威机构QS Stars 世界一流五星级商学院认证，成为中国商学院中首家获得此认证的学院。2017年，学院“管理科学与工程”、“工商管理”两个一级学科双双进入国家“双一流”建设学科名单。

　　主讲人简介：

　　舒成利，博士、教授、博士生导师，入选西安交通大学青年拔尖人才项目（A类），现为西安交通大学管理学院院长助理、市场营销系主任、商务创新与组织管理研究所所长、中国高校市场学研究会副会长、陕西省软科学研究会副秘书长、教育部评估中心评估专家等，发起成立西安市市场学研究论坛；毕业于伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校，获得工商管理博士学位；在加入西安交大之前，曾在新南威尔士大学澳洲商学院担任助理教授，并有数年的中国政府和《财富》世界500强企业的任职和咨询经历。
